An Apple a day keeps the doctor away. Apples, like all fruits are packed with vitamins and minerals that are good for you. Fruits contain fiber and nutrients that cleanse ang nourish the body.

Avoid anything in excess. Although recent studies show that a small amount of Alcohol everyday is healthy, is still leads to ulcers, liver damage and cancer when taken in excess.

According to recent studies, an Alkaline diet is healthier for the body than an acidic one because when the body becomes too acidic, it may compromise the immune system.  Alkaline foods = vegetables and fruits; acidic foods = those rich in carbohydrates and protein.

Antioxidants are the hottest stars in the health horizon.  They have anti-ageing benefits by preventing free-radical damage to your body’s cells.  A combination of the antioxidants A, C, E, Selenium, Glutathione, Copper, Zinc, and Manganese should do the trick.

A dose of faith
A declaration

Set your goal in prayer form, preferably in rhyme
Give the goal a time-frame for its manifestation
Recite prayer daily
Surrender to the power of God

Lord, help me now to find him/her, whom I canlove and server and who can love and serve me.

To Find Love
Everyday in every way, a loving man/woman is my life.
And who is here to stay.
And so it is.

Prosperity / Abundance
Prosperity come to me upon my invitation
This I declare without hesitation
Lord, thank you with great jubilation.

Health / Happiness
A healthy body is now mine
Feeling great all the time
My life is bliss
And so it is.

Acceptance is an open state of mind and heart.  It is people and things for what they are – uncolored by your prejudices or your expectations.  See yourself for who you are and embrace reality for what it truly is.  This is the first step in gaining wisdom.
